If the customer has 10 employees or less, they must sign an EEEC document (European Electronic Communications Code). This can be done either at time of order or BT will generate an email which your customer can click to approve. Netify can help with advice to make the signing of EEEC documents simple. Read more here: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-and-broadband/accessibility/proposals-to-implement-new-eecc You can avoid completing an EECC document by option for e-sign order acceptance where the BT system will send your customer an email - please ask to learn more.

You must ensure your customer is aware of all available contract terms. There are no offers on 24 month contracts. Please always ensure you are offering different pricing for 36 and 60 month contracts - i.e. you should discount the 60 month term to ensure pricing is lower vs 36 month terms.
In-contract (CPI) price increases must now be conveyed clearly to the customer in pounds and pence, for each year of their contract. PLEASE REMEMBER: This impacts all service providers, not just BT. As of 17/01/25, all BT Business products will be subject to price increases as follows: Broadband Only (SOLUS) packages: £3 per month each year from 1st April. Cloud Voice Express bundles: £4 per month each year from 1st April. Additional CVE licence: £1 per month each year from 1st April. Unlimited Call Plans: £0.50 each per month each year from 1st April. An example of this (for a 36-month SOLUS contract) would be: “Your monthly price is £30.95, increasing to £33.95 on 1 April 2025 and to £36.95 on 1 April 2026.” It is NOT sufficient to state a broader timeframe for when the price rise will occur, e.g. “Your monthly price will increase by £3 each April until the end of your contract”.
