Connect licence which Includes: Hunt Group, Online Portal, Automatic call routing, Call transfer, Three way calling, Call Recording, Call Analytics, Cisco Webex Teams, Call Director, Voicemail, 100 participants for collaboration and integration to MS Teams, and call Director – keep your BT line ID even when calling from somewhere else.

How to add additional features

You can use the menus to select optional features. Please ensure the quantity on each section does not exceed the number of licences you have requested.

Hunt group plus - Free of charge

Hunt Group Plus is an optional add-on package of extra features that you can use with your Hunt Group, including: Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding Selective, Do Not Disturb, Selective Call Acceptance, Selective Call Rejection, Alternate Number, Pre-alerting Announcement.

Busy lamp field (BLF) - Free of charge

View the status (busy or idle) of members of your BLF group, have up to 50 members in a BLF group with each member's device capable of supporting BLF, speed dial BLF members, pick up calls for other employees (BLF members must also be part of a Call Pick Up Group and the same site), and enable one-touch transfer of calls.

There is a charge for DDI provision (phone numbers): £free connection per number and 0.4p per month rental. Please factor this in when reading the final quote to your customer.

£100 connection charge for all new customers (can be waived if taken with a new BTnet or fibre product).
