How should you introduce your business?

You do not have to say where you are calling from on your initial introduction. If the customer asks if you are calling from BT, you must always say "No", you are calling from "XYZ, Authorised Supplier for BT". Please refer to BT Business Guidelines.

What does each discounted licence include?

Unlimited calls to UK land lines and mobiles with free Yealink T46 desk phone.

Connect licence which Includes: Hunt Group, Online Portal, Automatic call routing, Call transfer, Three way calling, Call Recording, Call Analytics, Cisco Webex Teams, Call Director, Voicemail, 100 participants for collaboration and integration to MS Teams, and call Director – keep your BT line ID even when calling from somewhere else.

How to add additional features

You can use the menus to select optional features. Please ensure the quantity on each section does not exceed the number of licences you have requested.

Hunt group plus

Hunt Group Plus is an optional add-on package of extra features that you can use with your Hunt Group, including: Call Forwarding, Call Forwarding Selective, Do Not Disturb, Selective Call Acceptance, Selective Call Rejection, Alternate Number, Pre-alerting Announcement.

Busy lamp field (BLF)

View the status (busy or idle) of members of your BLF group, have up to 50 members in a BLF group with each member's device capable of supporting BLF, speed dial BLF members, pick up calls for other employees (BLF members must also be part of a Call Pick Up Group and the same site), and enable one-touch transfer of calls.

CRM Lite only works with Microsoft Outlook, Google Contacts and Lotus Notes, plus light integration to Skype for Business.

GO TAPI

Go TAPI is an optional feature of BT Cloud Voice. You can choose to download the Go TAPI software to your computer, allowing you to: use a computer to link Cloud Voice to your customer relationship management (CRM) system and pass call information to it, and use a computer to make and receive calls.

Hot desking guest

With a Hot Desking Guest licence, you can log into a shared BT Cloud Voice-enabled device and use it as if it were your own, keeping your phone number, settings, and features. This allows you to make and receive calls or manage your account from a colleague’s device, providing flexibility when working in different locations.

Upfront costs - please ensure your customer is aware of the following points

There is a charge for DDI provision (phone numbers): £free connection per number and 0.50p per month rental. Please factor this in when reading the final quote to your customer.

£100 connection charge for all new customers (can be waived if taken with a new BTnet or fibre product).

Delivery charges: Up to four handsets – £8.50, Up to 10 handsets – £18.00.
